1/2 hour Training
Short, sweet, and to the point. You would be surprised how much you can get done in half an hour. Recommended for those who have experience with exercise and are closer to their health and fitness goals. A great addition to your current fitness routine.
Semi-Private Training sessions
You bring the group — I coach the session.
I do not organize group classes. If you already have a partner or small group, I’ll coach everyone individually within the session, so each person progresses safely and effectively.
full hour Training
Recommended for those who have more to learn. This is an hour dedicated to you at your pace. If you have not established a fitness routine outside our training, hours sessions are best. They are also a great addition to your current fitness routine.
Personal Fitness program design
Everyone would do better with a trainer, and not everyone needs a trainer. If you are comfortable with your health and fitness knowledge, and simply want some guidance to a goal, or through a stuck point I can help. Let’s problem solve your goal and chart a course to success.
